ACCOMODATION

We have reserved the entire estate of I Casali di Colle San Paolo for our guests. The estate consists of 130 hectares of streams, oak woods, olive groves, and cultivated fields.

We will be staying in the three farmhouses, built 300 years ago and restored with great care. The farmhouses are divided into 9 apartments, 2 cottages, and one villa, all equipped with heating and air conditioning, WiFi, and satellite TV.

FARMHOUSE PODERACCIO

The farmhouse Poderaccio has been restored with families and children in mind. It is in an open location with panoramic views, surrounded by fields and near the woods.

This farmhouse is divided into 4 apartments, 3 of which have no internal stairs and are suitable for small children. There is also a small play area and a large gazebo with barbeque and panoramic views.

FARMHOUSE FONTANELLE

The farmhouse Fontanelle features a panoramic infinity pool and has been divided into 5 apartments with an elegant common room. It lies on the slopes of Mount Solare and offers superb views of the surrounding hills and the valley below.

FARMHOUSE MOLINELLA

The Molinella complex is surrounded by oak trees and near a stream. It is made up of three independent houses: the villa 'Il Casale', three floors with private terrace; and two delightful cottages: 'Il Girasole' and 'La Roverelle'.

La Roverella is accessible for the disabled and features a spacious and shady garden. Il Girasole was originally a water mill, and through a glass panel in the living room, you can see the old channel that used to feed the mill.

The villa Il Casale features hand-painted tiles in the kicthen and bathroom, locally hand-made terracotta floors throughout, and early 20th century hand-painted ceramics decorating the fireplace. It has 3 bedrooms on the top floor and an extra room with sofa bed on the lower floor.
